Focused Coaching
Option 1: 30 minute Focused Q &A Coaching call. This is designed to target a specific issue.
Option 2: 45 + 15 minute Focused Coaching Call. This is designed to target a specific issue and gives you a 45 minute coaching call and a 15 minute check-in call to ensure you see the transformation to your goals as you implement.
Note: these sessions typically address the “DIY-er” pr target a specific issue like short naps, early wakings, or struggles to settle at bedtime and are not meant to cram three weeks of private coaching to a single phone call.
My personal journey with sleep training is likely similar to yours.
As a parent who had struggled with getting their child to sleep, I too, had a way of executing bedtime to make the transition as smooth and quiet as possible. My method for getting my child to sleep was to start with nursing, then when they were almost asleep, start to stand up out of my glider and begin gently swaying. Once he was fully asleep, I would very carefully and s-l-o-w-l-y place him in his crib where I would keep my hand on his chest for a few minutes and then with some stealth like maneuvers, army crawl out of his room and Voilà! He’s asleep…well, at least for an hour or so.
Sound familiar? Whatever the method you use to get your baby to sleep, you know what works and when they start to wake an hour later, you know exactly how to get them back to sleep, with minimal crying. And that my fellow parent, is what almost all parents will say is their main goal in getting their child to sleep…avoid crying.
My Process
1. Preliminary Sleep Evaluation
This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
2. Private Coaching Session & Program Review
A private, 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss the foundations of your child's sleep struggles, and the exact roadmap to reach your goals of a battle-free bedtime, sleeping through the night and consistent long naps in the daytime. You will receive a customized, written sleep plan to walk you through each step of our program.
3. 1:1 Coaching & Support
I will be your sleep consultant, in your back pocket, working daily with you transform your child's sleep during out time together. Through email and phone support, I can ensure you are support through this journey with my expertise.

I cannot recommend New Leaf Sleep Consulting enough!! Evie made the transition from us having no real schedule for our daughter to implementing her suggested daily schedule so smooth and easy to understand. Our baby was waking up 4-8 times a night and I was exhausted and was at my wits end trying to figure out how to help her sleep better. First Evie talked me through how sleep props can affect sleep and that baby was using these props through the night to get back to sleep. It all made sense! Then, we got to work putting the new schedule into our lives. Although at first, it can be a lot of work to get your child on the right track, after you start seeing improvements every single week as we did, you literally sigh with relief. I thought I was somewhat failing as a new mom, but Evie regained my confidence and I now know my daughter better than ever. Priceless to Sleep Through the Night Again!
Evie was there for our family from day one. She was quick to respond which is amazing because if you are looking for help from a sleep therapist, you have already reached your sanity limit.
Evie made a plan that fit our lifestyle and was not judgmental of any of our requests. She answered my emails the same day, and made sure that every part of the plan was clear. Before Evie, our three-month-old was waking up every hour or two to nurse and would cry. It would be difficult at times to get him back to sleep, and there were nights I was getting only two hours of sleep. By making a few adjustments, our son transitioned from a bassinet to a crib and was waking only twice a night. With the plan that was in place, we barely had to have our son cry, and he did not feel abandoned by us at all. After a week, we were able to put him down where he fell asleep in 10 minutes and would not wake until after midnight to nurse again.
He is now 5 months old and he is getting 10-12 hours of sleep a night and is taking 2 out of 4 of his naps in the crib (which were also a nightmare). He has had moments where he has woken up upset, but we have been able to calm him and help him back to sleep much more flawlessly. Our son now knows how to self-soothe, and prefers his own methods rather than a pacifier or nursing like he did in the past. We truly thank Evie from the bottom of our hearts, and we wish we reached out sooner. We really were deciding whether to spend the money, but after a lot of research, this was a fair price for the amount of contact, but also it was priceless to start sleeping again. Having our son sleep better has given us the ability to plan time for ourselves again, feel refreshed after the night, and have a happier boy during the day.
