Add on In-home Support

2 hours of In-home support that begins 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime.

Infant: Your sleep consultant will be with you throughout the bedtime routine and the first hour or so of putting your baby to bed with the new sleep plan. She is there to make sure that the first night is going smoothly and that if changes need to be made on the fly, then recommendations can be made as needed.

Toddler/Preschool/School Aged Child: This is where your child and the sleep consultant will review the bedtime routine, charts and what the new sleep expectations will look like (with the help of the parents). Followed by bedtime support for the remainder of the time. Your sleep consultant is there to help guide you through the beginning of the first evening and help make changes on the fly if needed.
